“I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you (and of course, your wonderful staff) for the treatment I have received over the last few weeks when I decided to ‘redo’ my porcelain veneers. I thought my last veneers (which were about 14 years old) looked pretty good, even though they were beginning to crack in places. But the ones you did, make the old ones look really bad. Now I have ‘movie star’ teeth and cannot go anywhere without getting complimented on them… I have to carry your cards to give out!
There are dentists…and then there are the few ‘talented and gifted artists’…which you definitely are in the ‘talented and gifted artist’ category, Dr. Barr.
This was the best money I have spent in a long time…better than a facelift!! I wish more people would make the investment in themselves because it really is just that. They should think of it as a gift to themselves…better than a new car because it last longer. It makes me sad to see someone driving a new Mercedes, BMW, or similar and they grin this crooked, corn yellow grin, or even worse, missing teeth grin…don’t they have mirrors?
It is one thing if you simply cannot afford it, but if one can, I just cannot understand why they choose to go through life looking as they have never seen a dentist. I have seen people take a $50,000 cruise around the world, but have teeth missing…go figure. I know most people do not want to hear it, but it is a fact that people are still judged by their appearances, whether it is in the dating world, job hunting/or promotions, or just about every aspect of life. I want my husband to still think of me as desirable! The drastic improvement over someone’s appearance when getting great veneers is shocking…!!
Even though I have used you as my regular dentist for more than 5 years, I wish I had done the new veneers even sooner. You take such time (and patience) making sure that your patient is happy and make sure he/she knows all their options.

“When it came time to writing this testimonial, I had no loss for words. When you are a child, the dentist’s office is a very scary place to visit. For me it would be an experience that would shape my whole adult life. When I was young and I went to my very first dentist appointment for a cleaning, it was the most horrible thing I have ever gone through. The dentist was a cruel and rough individual. She took no consideration to my feelings and scared me for a long time. It took me close to ten years to visit another dentist at the referral of a friend. This dentist turned out to be Dr. Barr.
